Short-term PMO support

I work with international teams who need temporary communications, coordination or documentation support without adding a permanent hire. An independent contributor also brings something a full-time team member rarely can – a clear outside view over a project and its environment.

You have a busy tech project running and foresee an operational bottleneck coming up. One or more team members are temporarily unavailable, for whatever reason, and you need reinforcement for your team during their absence, handling the communications or coordination part. Or you might be busy preparing a funding report for your transnational EU project – and need support in collecting materials, chase after your project partners for updates and collect them in time for the report writers.

This is the type of work I am good in, by experience and knowledge. Especially if your project happens to be done in the maritime, transportation, civil construction, tourism or environmental industry. Chances are good that I’ll need very little time to get up to speed.
