Working with me: How it typically looks
Every project is different and I’m happy to discuss a custom arrangement. But if you’re not sure yet what you need — or you just want a quick sense of what working together could look like — these four packages below are a good starting point. Each one is built around a situation I encounter regularly. If one of them sounds familiar, we’re probably already speaking the same language.
Get It Documented
For projects where things are moving but nothing is being written down properly.
You might need this if: Decisions are being made in meetings that no one is capturing, processes exist only in people’s heads, or your documentation is scattered and inconsistent. This is a focused, time-limited engagement to get things structured and recorded.
What’s included:
- Audit of existing documentation and identification of gaps
- Meeting notes and action tracking for the engagement period
- Process mapping for key workflows
- A clean, usable knowledge base or documentation structure you can build on
Typical scope: 2–3 weeks, roughly 30–40 hours total. Delivered as a flat-fee project.
Lost in Translation
For international projects where language and distance are creating friction.
You might need this if: Supplier emails are going unanswered, contractor documents are piling up in languages no one on your team reads fluently, or stakeholders in different countries are operating on different information. I step in as your multilingual connector and make sure communication actually flows.
What’s included:
- Written correspondence management across languages (German, English, Dutch, Italian)
- Translation and review of contractor or supplier documentation
- Cross-border stakeholder coordination and follow-up
- Standardised multilingual templates where useful
Typical scope: ongoing monthly retainer, 15–25 hours per month depending on project intensity.
Project Reboot
For projects that have lost momentum, structure or clarity mid-flight.
You might need this if: You’ve inherited a project in disarray, your team has grown faster than its processes, or you simply need someone to come in, take stock, and rebuild the administrative backbone. This is a short, intensive engagement with a clear output.
What’s included:
- Documentation audit and status overview
- Reconstruction of communication and reporting structure
- Outstanding action and decision log
- A clear, handover-ready project status document your team can work from immediately
Typical scope: one month, roughly 40–50 hours. Structured in two phases: diagnostic, then delivery.
Steady Support
For ongoing projects that need reliable, consistent coordination in the background.
You might need this if: You have a solid project structure but not enough capacity to keep the coordination and documentation running smoothly. This is a regular, predictable arrangement — the same person, familiar with your project, handling the communication and administrative infrastructure so you can stay focused on delivery.
What’s included:
- Ongoing meeting documentation and follow-up tracking
- Multilingual correspondence and stakeholder communication
- Documentation maintenance and standardisation
- Flexible scope, adjusted to your project phase and workload
Available in two sizes:
- Light — approximately 10–15 hours per month
- Full — approximately 20–30 hours per month
Both as a monthly retainer arrangement.
Not sure which fits? Drop me a line and describe what’s on your plate. I’ll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
