How quickly do you typically respond to inquiries, and what’s your usual lead time before starting a project?
Lead time before starting depends on the scope and complexity of the project, and on how much information I have upfront. For straightforward tasks it can be very short; for larger or more complex engagements we’d align on a realistic start date during our first exchange. Send me an inquiry and I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
What does the onboarding process look like?
We usually start with a short exchange by email to align on scope and expectations. If you prefer, we can also have an introductory Zoom or Teams call.

Can you work from our / my office, too?
That is possible for some hours or days we agree upon, depending on where that is. I am able and free to travel anywhere. Just send me an inquiry if interested.
Can you travel for our project / organization to different locations?
Yes. I’m free and happy to travel anywhere for work, basically. German passport.
What is your current time zone and what are your office hours?
CET, Central European Time. Happy to temporarily adapt to yours for inquiries or talks. Office hours: Flexible.
What are your rates?
My standard rate is €65 per hour & VAT (where applicable). For ongoing support I also offer retainer arrangements: a fixed monthly sum reserving a set number of hours. Send me an inquiry and we can discuss what works best for your situation.
What is the minimum engagement?
I am open to both short and longer term work. Just send me an inquiry if you’re interested.
Do you work with NDA or confidentiality agreements?

Could you work outside regular office hours?
I can, in many cases. Send me details if this is what you need or prefer.
What are your working languages, spoken and written?
Native German (D), full professional fluency in English (UK and US), Dutch (NL) and Italian.
